The newest and most exciting thing that is going on for me at the moment is that I have launched………….

But as time goes on I am getting a little braver, and my guest on June 29th is none other that Steven Moffatt, one of the most successful TV writers in the country, and notable for not only writing Dr Who, but for having been its Showrunner, and for co-creating with Mark Gatiss the Wonderful Modern day Sherlock. A Bit in the Past.
After two lovely tours with my great friend Colin Baker, I have decided to call it a day. I wish Colin and Sophie Aldred, who will be the Narrator in my place, a very successful tour this year, and best wishes to them and to Martin Parsons, Kate ashamed, and the Crime and Comedy Theatre Company.
By the way, I am not calling it a day on acting or anything else – it is just that I no longer wish to tour on single date performances.
I was pleased to announce that in January 2023, I had been cast as the co-lead, Paul, in the new Care-home drama, Henry House, produced by Rocking Horse Media Entertainment. The series is planned for the end of 2023.
The premise for the opening episodes is that Paul is the new dementia resident at Henry House Care Home, who forms an unlikely friendship with Izzy, the receptionist, who has been, against all the odds, appointed, whilst seeming to be totally unsuited for the job. Drama and comedy ensue.
Izzy, Paul’s co-star, is played by newcomer Órla Jones, a splendid actress with whom I have already formed a strong working relationship.
Several colleagues of mine, all of whom have appeared in Dr Who, are also involved. Simon Fisher-Becker, Colin Spaull, and Annette Badland in major rôles, with vignettes from Colin Baker,Carole Ann Ford, and Katy Manning. More details about the cast can be found on IMDB
